Thanksgiving...
Thanksgiving. One of the best holidays around, next to Halloween, Christmas, Easter, 4th of July, and St. Patrick's Day. If I missed some holidays it's because there not so important. To be able to gorge yourself on as much food as possible. All the turkey smothered in gravy and topped with cranberry I can have. I'm really looking forward to getting with Ryan's family and chowing down and enjoying the evening with people. I miss my family though and wish I could stay up all night with my mom cooking again. Have a great Thanksgiving Everyone.
This cake is one I did of a picnic with ants. I didn't do to great on the basket weaving but perfection will come with time.

My Introduction.
I don't have much experience decorating cakes. But I find that some of the most interesting conversations in my life have taken place over stuffing plastic bags with this white (or colorful) sugar substance that we have come to love to eat during our festive times...and our not so festive sitting on our asses in front of the TV watching our favorite shows time. I have some to find out that you can do anything you want if you tell people you have the experience to do it. June 2011 proved that to me. As I started working for Walmart in March of 2011, I found myself a cashier. It was fun, it really was. I meet a few people who will always have a place in my heart, a few of which (and this particular person knows who she is) will be forever tortured at lunch times by my obsessive talking abilities, perverted mind, and abilities to consume massive amounts of sugar in small amounts of time. One morning I found myself being asked. "Do you know how to decorate a cake?" The first thing that came to mind was my very first job years before hand at Dairy Queen when I wrote on a cake once. That's right "once". I told this person. "Psh Ya!" As if it was nothing. A month later I found myself Transferred to the Bakery at Walmart. Go Me! And I also found myself working with some of the most awesome...and sometimes extremely grumpy...people I've yet meet in Ohio. Now I find myself five months later starting this blog about them, and my life. I will bring to you my drawings, my cakes, and the hilarity of my world as I see it and hopefully you will say so too!
